Born and raised in California, I have been enjoying living in Washington for 7 years now. I have 3 children and enjoy walks near the water when the weather is sunny. 

Liza Oliver Lugo

Community Health Worker Outreach Manager

Liza is the lead CHW and outreach Manager serving Okanogan, Bridgeport in Douglas County. Liza is an expert in Diabetes Self Management and event coordination. She is a Community Health Worker and a committed and responsible Health Educator, with extensive experience advising different groups. She works as a team with providers educating and attending to the needs of diabetic patients at different stages of the disease evolution. Liza studied at the University of PR Premedica and educator of SMBP, Diabetes Management, and is currently working to obtain the title Healthcare Management. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. During her free time, Liza enjoys spending time with her family and exercising with her dog Bella.
